Corrections, disputes and removals for your builder listing

Perth Builder Hub is an independent directory of home builders across the Perth metro area. Each listing draws on publicly available business information. Scores and review summaries are calculated from Google reviews using one fixed rubric applied equally to all builders on the site. Listing your business here costs nothing. No payment or sponsorship can affect your score or ranking. This page explains how to request corrections to your profile, challenge a score, or ask for your listing to be removed. Correcting your business details

If your name, address, phone number, website, trading hours, or service areas are wrong on your listing, you can submit a correction. We update these fields when you provide the correct information and supply something to verify it: your official website, your Google Business Profile, or other documented proof. Once a correction is made, it stays in place through future data refreshes, so you will not see the wrong information reappear.

Disputing your score

Scores are not hand-edited under any circumstances. If you believe your score is wrong, you are disputing the data behind it. This might mean your listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or a review summary does not fairly represent what reviewers wrote. Submit the specific issue. We will re-check the original sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is a claim about data accuracy, not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal of your listing

Your listing can be removed if your business is permanently closed, it is a duplicate entry, or it falls outside the scope of home builders. Our monthly re-verification cycle automatically detects and removes permanently closed businesses. If your business is active and in scope, a removal request will be declined. You will receive a clear explanation of why.

How long requests take

Every request receives an acknowledgement within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are actioned within 7 days. If a request is declined, you will receive the reason straightaway.
