What you share with us
When you send an enquiry or quote request through a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, your message, and any answers you give about the service you need or your timing. Alongside that, the form records the page you submitted from and basic traffic-source attribution, meaning the referring site and any UTM tags on the link that brought you here.
Where form submissions go
Your submission goes through our lead-capture processor, which delivers it to the Home builders business you enquired about and to the site operator. Those are the only recipients of a form submission.
What the site stores in your browser
The site uses sessionStorage in your browser to remember how you arrived (referrer, landing page, UTM parameters) so that an enquiry sent later in your visit carries the right source. Enquiry details are retained while they are needed to deliver and follow up the enquiry, and not longer than that purpose requires. You can ask for access to your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@scoutlocalmedia.com.au.
