Danmar splits starkly: satisfied clients praise structural quality and attentive design input; dissatisfied ones report communication collapse, unfinished handovers, defects ignored for over a year, and hidden costs. Review dates suggest issues persist from 2020 onward. Their best experience involves custom builds with engaged clients; their worst involves defects (electrical, water ingress, flooring) going unrepaired after handover and site staff avoiding contact.
