Most who have worked with Classic praise the team's responsiveness during design and build, particularly installer Jack and consultant Rob, as well as the quality of the finished work. The main friction point is aftercare: several reviewers report leaks and defects going unaddressed for months, and one account of the company dismissing warranty claims and damage that followed.
Installation work runs smooth from quote to cleanup. Staff like Tim, Matt, Will, James, Stuart and Merv handle tricky jobs-tight spaces, switchovers from wall to roof mount, non-standard configurations-without fuss, often solving what other companies turned down. Appointments come fast, technicians explain what they've done, and they tidy up properly. One reviewer noted cost as steep; the rest value the skill and reliability over price.
