Every review across 20 examined runs five stars. Reviewers consistently praise Emma and Paul for combining skilled carpentry with genuine interest in each project, clear communication throughout, and a willingness to steer clients away from costly mistakes. The business handles decking, pergolas, carports, and verandahs with equal professionalism, often completing jobs on time and on budget while leaving sites tidy.
Tim and the team deliver custom home designs that clients praise for listening closely and turning ideas into spaces that exceed expectations. Repeat clients return, and homes remain admired years after completion across suburbs like Embleton, Bullsbrook, and Floreat.
Strong build quality and transparent dealings define Mindful Homes for most clients, with Josie and David earning praise for responsiveness and realistic timelines. However, three one-star reviews flag serious issues: loud site noise affecting Roleystone residents for weeks despite promises to fix, defects left unresolved months after completion, and use of unsuitable materials (outdoor timber mouldings) that required later replacement.
Reviewers consistently praise YHB's communication, team professionalism, and build quality, with many citing swift timelines and attentive staff like Peter Allen and Ash. Two dissenting reviews flag slow builds, messy sites, and trade coordination problems, particularly on smaller and longer projects. Investor clients and first-home buyers alike report confidence in the process and post-handover support.
