Fred and the team excel at guiding clients through tangled council and shire approvals, with one reviewer praising multiple follow-ups over 18 months to resolve permit and surveyor requirements. However, another experienced a rushed 15-minute inspection that missed large areas of the house, resulting in a report full of errors that took weeks to partially fix and was never corrected to the client's satisfaction.
