Working with NHBB puts an independent advocate in your corner before you sign. Reviewers consistently praise Anthony, Tristan, and the team for translating vague ideas into feasible designs, negotiating contracts that held budget, and shepherding the process from land purchase through handover-especially valuable for first-time builders, custom projects, and non-standard blocks. The business places designers and builders vetted for both quality and financial soundness. Staff appear on site, answer questions freely, and maintain contact years after completion. Reviewers credit NHBB with catching hidden costs and securing better contract terms; several worked remotely during their builds and relied on the team's updates and decision-making support.
