All six reviews rate this business one or two stars and warn against using it. Reviewers claim the owner previously ran New Sensation Homes, which entered liquidation after allegedly taking client money illegally. They allege a pattern of deception and link the current business to that failed venture.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
New Sensation Homes shut down several years ago after customer complaints of poor communication, massive price increases (up to 65k), and lack of management support. The business entered liquidation with minimal customer contact.
All 10 reviews are five-star. Owners praise Giorgi for completing homes without defects, with minimal disruption even during material shortages. Site supervisor Tino and the core team of long-serving tradespeople are named as reliable. One owner reported Giorgi returning years after handover to fix storm damage at no apparent cost, signalling post-sale commitment uncommon in the trade.
DNR Constructions wins consistent praise for renovation and extension work managed by Alan, who reviewers describe as attentive, hands-on, and committed to client satisfaction. Most testimonials highlight creative problem-solving, close quality control of trades, and transparent dealings. One early dispute over a non-construction service raises a caveat about business reliability outside typical build projects.
