Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Thomasz delivers high-quality renovations and extensions with strong design expertise in heritage homes. Reviewers consistently praise named principals Jared and Sacha, team responsiveness, professional trades, and a collaborative process that keeps clients involved throughout.
Reviewers consistently praise Zane for his hands-on guidance through the building process, from contract review to handover and beyond. His expertise spans first-home purchases, granny flats, duplexes, and investment strategies, with clients repeatedly citing his ability to prevent budget blowouts and navigate council requirements while maintaining genuine, supportive communication throughout.
Five-star reviews from six to ten years ago praised Target Homes for responsiveness, quality, and value. Recent reviews (last two years) paint a sharply different picture: multiple customers report uncorrected structural defects, a persistently leaking roof, poor electrical work, and Jason's unwillingness to honour warranty obligations even after arbitration awards or Building Commission decisions.
