National Homes shows a stark divide: older reviews praise on-time delivery and teamwork, but recent accounts describe severe defects, site mismanagement, and bills that spiralled without warning. Current evidence suggests quality and oversight are inconsistent at best.
WA Housing Centre splits sharply: early-stage customers often praise staff warmth and design flexibility, but post-handover service falls away. Build-quality problems (plumbing, rendering, tiling, paving) appear frequently, and warranty-period responsiveness is inconsistent. Communication gaps and surprise cost add-ons frustrate buyers from start to finish.
