Most visitors find Bunnings Armadale clean and well-stocked, with staff often going out of their way to help locate items or hold stock. Phone inquiries about availability can be unreliable, and a few customers experienced rude interactions with warehouse or security staff. The store gets busy on weekends and has accessible parking.
Most reviewers praise IQ's build quality, transparent communication, and caring team approach. The company delivers custom homes on time and on budget, with staff like John, Dwayne, Daniel, and Dave named for their attentiveness. Two low-star reviews flag trust issues and unexplained costs, marking a caveat worth considering.
Customers consistently praise Simon Spadaccini's hands-on approach: he inspects sites personally, handles design changes patiently, and delivers homes on time and budget. Reviewers highlight genuine dealings, quality finishes included as standard, and the stress-free experience from first meeting through handover.
Staff service varies sharply: some deliver genuine care with product knowledge, while others ignore customers or miss warranty follow-ups. Click-and-collect works smoothly when staff prioritise it, but return policies frustrate shoppers with tight windows, and warranty claims often stall without clear updates. The store itself is clean and well-laid-out, yet inconsistency leaves buyers uncertain what to expect.
