Da'Vanti Homes has a troubled recent profile: one recent review reports closure, while older feedback praises custom design work and design flexibility. Limited current evidence makes assessment difficult.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Kevin impressed the reviewer by listening closely to what the customer actually needed, making the consultation personal and thorough. One five-star account limits the view, but this reflects a consultative sales approach focused on understanding individual requirements.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Stratco Canning Vale divides on execution. Five-star reviews consistently name Duncan, Lee-Ann, Stephen, Hazel, and Colin for genuine product knowledge, patient design help, and problem-solving that turns frustration into loyalty. The store stocks patio and shed materials well and moves custom orders quickly when it counts. The weakness is operational slip-ups that sting. Wrong patio colours shipped, forklift drivers leaving customers to hand-load pallets, field reps losing measurement notes and never following up. One reviewer waited 10 days for an order, collected the wrong item, and had to repaint 40 sheets themselves. Staff friendliness at counter level does not always reach the warehouse or site visit end.
