Business data from Google Business Profile, checked 2026-10-05.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Two reviews offer limited insight: one praises the work, the other rates it one star with minimal detail. The 3.7 rating reflects this split. Builderz WA offers design, planning, and builder selection across residential and commercial projects, but the thin review base makes it hard to judge consistency or what drives satisfaction.
Reviewers consistently praise Living Edge's curated designer furniture range, knowledgeable staff, and elegant showrooms. Service during purchase is notably responsive, with staff taking time to educate customers and addressing concerns quickly. However, some report that post-sale support and warranty responses lag significantly, and prices are steep for the market.
Staff quality swings wildly. Beauty consultants like Narges and Venus earned praise for warmth and expertise, and Calibre shoppers had positive visits. The majority of complaints centre on disengaged or outright rude floor staff, especially in menswear, returns, and designer sections. Several reviewers felt singled out by security or dismissed for age or ethnicity. Store ambience also rated poorly: closed food hall, dim lighting, worn carpets, and too few non-brand-employed assistants.
