Craig and Julie's team deliver lighting consultation and product advice that keeps customers returning across the electrical trades and from distant suburbs like Baldivis and Busselton. Competitive pricing, solar and battery installations, smart home products, and willingness to cross-check orders against past purchases set them apart, though one electrician's experience with a faulty driver and refused replacement flags a customer service boundary worth knowing.
Lasting Impressions delivers polished kitchen and bathroom work backed by a tight-knit team of licensed trades. Most reviewers praise speed, design skill, and fair pricing, though one early complaint flags slow quoting.
Craig and Home Loan Republic earn consistent five-star ratings by handling construction, investment, and first-home loans with calm, prompt communication. Reviewers repeatedly mention his patience in explaining complex steps, his speed at securing approvals even under tight deadlines, and his willingness to fight for the best deal. One client credits Craig with solving a settlement crisis in four days, turning a deal-threatening situation into a successful close. His personal touch and trustworthiness stand out across 102 reviews. The service spans Australia and covers home loans, refinancing, debt consolidation, and commercial lending. Clients routinely return to Craig for future needs and refer friends. No negative feedback appears in the review history, and the broker's approach centres on reducing client stress while delivering results.
Review evidence is limited; no individual customer feedback is currently available. The business states it offers custom homes, house and land packages, energy efficient designs, and first home buyer support across Perth and regional areas since 1969.
