Craig and Julie's team deliver lighting consultation and product advice that keeps customers returning across the electrical trades and from distant suburbs like Baldivis and Busselton. Competitive pricing, solar and battery installations, smart home products, and willingness to cross-check orders against past purchases set them apart, though one electrician's experience with a faulty driver and refused replacement flags a customer service boundary worth knowing.
