Tim and the team deliver custom home designs that clients praise for listening closely and turning ideas into spaces that exceed expectations. Repeat clients return, and homes remain admired years after completion across suburbs like Embleton, Bullsbrook, and Floreat.
Strong build quality and transparent dealings define Mindful Homes for most clients, with Josie and David earning praise for responsiveness and realistic timelines. Every review across 20 examined runs five stars. Reviewers consistently praise Emma and Paul for combining skilled carpentry with genuine interest in each project, clear communication throughout, and a willingness to steer clients away from costly mistakes. The business handles decking, pergolas, carports, and verandahs with equal professionalism, often completing jobs on time and on budget while leaving sites tidy.
