All five reviews rate Alpha Building Inspections at five stars. Customers consistently praise thorough inspections, detailed reporting, and professional staff work. The business handles pre-purchase, construction, and defect inspections with attention to detail.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
One reviewer reported an unsolicited call on a public holiday and aggressive pursuit after declining contact. Limited review evidence.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Staff quality swings wildly. Beauty consultants like Narges and Venus earned praise for warmth and expertise, and Calibre shoppers had positive visits. The majority of complaints centre on disengaged or outright rude floor staff, especially in menswear, returns, and designer sections. Several reviewers felt singled out by security or dismissed for age or ethnicity. Store ambience also rated poorly: closed food hall, dim lighting, worn carpets, and too few non-brand-employed assistants.
